I am a photographer who is passionate about my work.
I work within this media because it’s something I have been interested in since I was a child, now I have made it my career. My main interest within this media is being able to capture a single moment in time.
I work within the photographic media because there is always someone who needs or wants my services, there is no relationship between my ideas and the media I just go with the flow on the day.
The theme for my work is wedding photography and the main consideration I have is that my clients are happy with the end result, it is for the client the one day in their lives that I have to make sure that everything is perfect.
The process I go through is to first and foremost listen to my clients and what they want, it is after all their special day. A wedding is a special day between two people and special moments are recorded through my visual imagery, moments that they can look back on, but moments that time doesn’t allow us to re-capture.
There are no outside influences or ideas from outside artists or photographers although I do look at other photographers work from time to time.
What ties my work together in practice is I work within the field of wedding photography any other works are purely for my own personal collection or they have been commissioned by a client.
There are no particular theories, or thoughts that are relevant to my work I just go with the flow on the clients big day.
The intention behind my work is to provide top quality wedding photographs at low prices for clients that are working to a budget.
In 2022 after a lot of hard word I gained a bachelors degree in photography from Falmouth university.
